| The beach at Fiscardo is comprised of angular, flint-like grey pebbles and shingle. It's not overly attractive or comfortable-looking. |

Fiscardos tiny beach

|
| Fiscardo is not much of a beach really, more of a swimming point. Most of Fiscardo's tourists walk around to the infinitely more attractive Foki bay, or hire small motorboats to access the small coves around the coastline of north Kefalonia (Cephalonia). Why not treat yourself to the Kefalonia Digital Information Pack which includes 7 Introductory Walks, a guide to Kefalonia, eight wildlife booklets and the online version of the 25 min FoI Movie Kefalonia Explorer - just 3.95! | The possition of the beach at Fiscardo is not unnatractive, with its old houses and pretty views across the harbour. It is, however, a little exposed to the village. The beach itself is not overly attractive, with its harsh, sharp grey pebbles. |
| |
| The beach is kept fairly clean, with most of the litter that washes ashore being cleaned away. |
| |
| Easy access if you are staying in Fiscardo. If you are staying anywhere else on Kefalonia (Cephalonia), you will need to hire a car to get here. |
| |
| No shade at the beach but you can cool off in one the cafes or tavernas by the water's edge. |
| |
| Immediately behind the beach is the harbour resort of Fiscardo. There are numerous tavernas, cafes and shops available here, although you might have to take out a second mortgage to eat in them!
